These have been a total game changer for me. I have very dry eyes and started using this compress every night as part of my bedtime routine. I heat it in the microwave for about 20 seconds, let it cool for a minute, and then place it over my eyes for about 8 minutes. After using it, my eyes are sometimes a little blurry because it helps release the clogged oils, which is actually why I like to do it right before bed. It provides such soothing relief and my eyes feel much more comfortable afterward. The compress is well made, easy to use, and stays warm long enough to be effective. I’m really glad I found it.

At first I was giving this four stars because I don't love the design of the Velcro elastic band. I ended up cutting one of the eye cups off so now my band is like a pirate one eye version and I have to either hold the second eye cup or tuck it in place. But I have to give this five stars anyway because it is incredibly effective and probably life changing for some people. My ophthalmologist recommended this product because as I am aging, my eyelids are sometimes dry. I didn't even know they were dry! She said this warm mask stimulates natural oil gland function in the eyelids. WOW! She is right! And apparently when you finish using this as your little spa time, if your eyesight is temporarily slightly blurry, that shows it is working because it's the oils in your eyelid moving along. You definitely want those working because otherwise you can feel irritation, redness, or bumps. I use this about three times per week now and it is more effective than when I used to use a warm, damp wash cloth.

My mom’s eye dr recommended this to help with dry eye. I tried it just to see what the deal was and it certainly does something lol. 20 seconds in the microwave, 10 minutes on the eyes, and it’ll unlock juices you didn’t know your eyes had. My vision was blurry for a little while after using, but that’s normal according to the directions and the website. I can see how it would be helpful during the winter when the air is dry and eyedrops aren’t giving relief. I didn’t need to adjust the band size, but there’s Velcro for that. The fit is comfortable, 20 seconds was good, although 15 would work for me too. Depends on your heat tolerance. They don’t come out blazing hot, but 20 seconds could make them too warm for some.

Simple to heat and use. Strap adjust w/velcro if needed, and pads can be adjusted along the strap as well. Following pkg. directions to heat fir 20 seconds, then per my eye dr. applying for 10 minutes is just the right timing. Extreme warm and soothing, and heat diminishes in the just the right increments as the time runs down. Eyes feel so good afterwards.

Works great. My eyes feel better already. Follow instructions closely. Do not overheat as they get really hot!

Love! It’s warm and soothing on my eyes that are always dry no matter what eye drops I use. I was diagnosed with dry eyes since 1984 I’ve used all eye drops and even tried eye meds everything seems to be a temporary fix. I was told Othmalogist needs to scrap my tear ducts or something but sounded awful and I chickened out. This heating eye mask works nicely and I bet I will be using it a lot! As one reviewer said it does last much longer than a warm wash rag put into microwave and that’s the truth. Plus I don’t have to hold it place either! Yes I recommend!

These are what my opthamologist recommended for my upcoming treatment for my eyes. Very easy to use, and relaxing. I did not need to adjust it but they have easy directions how to. The design in just perfect fitting over both eyes at the same time without having to adjust. No pressure on the eyes at all. I walked around the living room with it on but moved my Tinker the Tabby cats out of the way first. Low price for a high quality item! Highly recommended!
