This is a great substitute for coffee. It tastes great. I add a little chocolate milk to it and some honey to give it some flavor. It's quite tasty. Plus it's much better for you than coffee.

If you have to have decaf this is a better bet. Decaf coffee still has some caffeine in it and is chemically processed to remove as much as possible, whereas this is naturally caffeine-free. I've introduced some people I know who drink decaf to it and they also agree it tastes so much like coffee they can't really tell the difference. If you dress up your coffee with any sweeteners or creamers it will taste more like coffee than if you drink it black, FYI. I loved the old square bottles more, they were great were reusing in the kitchen and nestled nicely next to each other. These newer bottles have a lid that doesn't break as easily but I still don't like them, so I took away a star for changing the bottle design.

I have tried them all. Pero. Caffix. Etc. Roma is the best. You can enjoy it black or with milk , cream or non dairy milk. Mellow not bitter. A little goes a long way. A little chef hint: I put a teaspoon into my gravy for a nice rich taste and to enhance the color.

I love ingredients, they're super good n good for you! Taste is great, need to adjust to at first. Just heat water, add Roma,add what you'd add to your coffee, cream, sweetener. Be careful if too too hot with lots of Roma, it will spoil over the cup, just add stuff slowly.
