I looked at a lot of more expensive mats, but because the eleven people who bought this mat before me rated it 5 stars, I decided to give it a try.And I am very glad I did. This mat is very well-made, firm with a little give, and very comfortable. I use it for stretching, dumbbell workouts, andmini band exercises for the lower body which are done lying down on the mat.I am very happy with this mat. I was nervous to purchase this without being able to touch it or test the quality of the foam. It is surprisingly firm enough to provide cushioning. My daughter uses this to practice tumbling at home on our hard wood floor and it works well and provides needed padding. Other mats I've purchased have been less firm and when you stand on it, your foot hits the floor below. This one gives a little but not too much.

I love this mat!!! I needed it for pre and post exercise stretching, but it's so comfortable, I find myself relaxing on it. I'm serious, I have to snap out of it and move on to my walk video's. I definitely don't regret purchasing this product. I simply fold it and move to whichever room I want to use. I look forward to one day having a home gym and as far as I am concerned, this mat will be one of the most important pieces of equipment. Not to mention, when I go hard I can take a nap before resuming my day or evening.

I had high expectations for this mat and I was NOT disappointed.Rugged vinyl cover, stitching and foam ( extruded polypropylene (EPP) I think). Hook and loop (Velcro) strips on perimeter are very strong and must be for securing the panels when folded or for attaching to other mats.I reduced the width to 3' to fit my exercise bench by some careful cutting and gluing. All worked out well and am very pleased with this mat.

We use this for a handicap family member who likes to sit on the floor and do art work. He no longer complains about back and leg pain from sitting on the thinner pads we used to use.

These mats are softer than most gymnastics mats, almost like marshmallow. They are too soft for standard martial arts - standing styles will sink into them, and they don't offer enough protection for throwing arts. They would probably be okay for small children though.Also, they are not 4' (48") wide. They are 45" wide. May not be a big deal for most, but if you are measuring for a specific area, you should know this. However, for the price, not too bad.

I got this for my granddaughter, who is taking gymnastics classes. She loved it, and so did her little brother. The fact that it folds up and has carrying handles is great.

I ordered this mat in blue, and it is a beautiful color. It is firm, with a nice cover that zips off if necessary. The material is easy to wipe clean after use. Definitely a quality product. Shipped quickly and was wrapped in plastic inside the box to protect the mat. Will be perfect for my yoga routine.

Used it once and Velcro tore instantly

I love the foldable option and the size but not so for the material. The plastic wrinkles as it is going to break off anytime.

It’s a great mat that will last a long time.
