Could have added more pad for the army pit
The harness is very useful if used wisely but the pad for the arm pit is not good it just gives you pain...so I would suggest to add more padding for the arm pit

The concept of the product is great but the low quality material used in making the product wonโt help that concept

I wouldn't suggest it for women
This is an excellent product for lower to mid/upper back traction. It has an excellent build quality and highly adjustable. But I can't see this being comfortable for women based on how it sits across the torso or chest depending on where you require traction. Also, this is highly versatile of you use it with a chair to help support you. Again, depending on where you require traction.

It works for some not me.
The position of buckles must be moved, redesigned, so it can continue to tighten for smaller bodies. Straps have to be excruciatingly tight to prevent body sliding out harness. Redesign harness with rubbery inner surface to grip bare skin and less pressure is needed. a cheap fix is to wrap stretch bandage (rubbery gause) around body before getting into harness. My L5 disk needs more force to stretch it than just gravity. I suppose in time if i can relax it would work but the pain is so great from the harness about ten minutes is max time for me.
