I’ve been pairing this Codeage Apigenin with my daily saffron, and it’s been a total game-changer for my mood balance. The liposomal version definitely feels more effective than others I’ve tried and it helps me turn off my brain before bed without any grogginess the next day. It feels like a clean supplement that actually does what it claims.

I honestly did not feel any diff in my sleeping, I bought this with a few other things and it doesn't help unfortunately

Apigenin is a new supplement for me. Prior to ordering, I read a bit about it. That it is sourced from Chamomile often, and it is a Bioflavonoid. It can have a calming effect in some folks, and other sometimes use it for exercise and similar due to it interacting with testosterone. There is a lot of information out there about it, just search on a search engine and that can help you determine if this is a supplement you care to give a go. I've taken this Apigenin supplement during the day, and evening, and I've not noticed a calming effect from it. Taking this supplement prior to exercise, I don't notice much, either. It doesn't seem to interact with any other supplements I take, so that's good. This is one of those supplements I actually don't notice any noticeable effect from. Each capsule is 50mg, and I've tried this at the suggested 50mg dosage, and also 100mg. So, this is Apigenin supplement is one of those where it's, "Your mileage may vary" if you're looking for a noticeable calming effect, or whatever. That's just how it is, some supplements work different in different people. I'll continue taking the capsules, trying different times of day, perhaps increasing the dosage a bit more, but as it is now, I just look at it as a Bioflavonoid which causes nothing noticeable.

The Kirkland Group at the Mayo Clinic has shown that the natural enzyme CD38 usually destroys all supplement-provided NAD, NMN, NR, etc., before they can be used for NAD+ synthesis in the cell. IMHO, the best strategy for an NADH+ energy boost is to take daily 100 mg doses of liposomal Apigenin, which suppresses CD38 and protects the natural precursors of NAD+.

Smells a bit funky because of the capsules, but easy to swallow! Decent price. Liposomal is much better digested
