Can someone tell me - what is the difference between this and German Fitness bread?

They use different grains and it is a different company. Both are very good and they help with digestion. No sugar, no sweeteners. In Germany these types of bread are considered the healthiest choice.

Can I buy six because I do not have room in freezer for 12

I never put in freezer. I kept box under blanket and used one package a week. They were always fine for 3 months.

This bread resembles a dark rye bread in texture and flavor. It's a great bread for a Keto diet and low carb because it has more fiber than carbs and has no sugar plus high in protein (11gr per slice) Ingredients are wheat protein, pea protein, rye flour, flaxseed, soy flour, wheat bran. sunflower seeds, sesame. oat fiber, yeast, & whey powder
