May 2021 Review: BUT NEW 2021 VERSION WITH 3 TYPES OF ENZYMES DIDN'T WORK, so I hope the earlier formula is not discontinued. Older 2020 & prior years review: I tried several other probiotics at this point and this one is by far the best. Please note that all the probiotics I've ever tried seem to be heat-sensitive and likely humidity-sensitive as well. They can arrive bad or you can make them go bad if you or some shipper or warehouse fails to store this product properly. Sometimes this probiotic arrives bad. For a while, I brought them from Amazon, and the from Walmart for a while, and now I'm back to buying them from Amazon again. I've switched back-forth-forth because I seemed to be getting inactive/dead probiotics too close together, and I absolutely hate requesting replacements. It just makes me uncomfortable because I fear not being believed. So, never allow yourself to run out of this stuff if you're highly reliant on it, and always try your new boxes of product ASAP upon receipt. If the shipment is bad, it's quite obvious, usually by 2nd day, if not sooner. I always retest the newest shipment again against the prior shipment before asking for replacement. Note: probiotics are live cultures of digestive organisms. Lastly, the second best probiotic I've tried is Zenwise.

my wife has had constipation issues for years , most drugs that we didnt want to use didnt work . so we have tried many probiotics that didnt work. then i found this. the INTENSIVE caught my eye. WARNING, it IS WONDERFULLY INTENSE ! my wife has no more constipation issues. hope this helps everyone in misery.

I got more help from this than the Anti-Gas version. It has really helped me a lot, and I had tried everything. I decided to try it as nothing else was helping my embarrassing gas. It sort of mentioned in the description that it helped settle the colon and reduced bloating and gas, amongst other things. All you can do is try, and I am glad I did.

I think its been helpful, but doesn't work as well as hoped on cutting back gas and bloating.

very good if you always experienced bloated, gassy or discomfort pain specially every after eating take 1 tablet right after eating, you will feel comfortable specially if you ate so much!
