Nature Made Multi For Her With Iron Calcium Ea Pack of 2 Multi

The product title says Pack of 2, but I've received only one product.

I received my delivery with only one container of vitamins. The description says "pack of 2" which should be a total of 180 tablets. Please be aware of this false advertising for this product.

Best women’s multivitamin. Great for sensitive stomach.

These are easy to swallow even though they are fairly large pills, and don't make me feel nauseous afterwards like some vitamins. They don't smell or taste off-putting at all. I have been taking these especially to supplement vitamins lost during my menstrual cycle, and just generally to be on top of my health as I get closer to 30. I feel good about the amount of dietary support they provide, even though I don't notice a difference in how I feel. I will continue buying these after I run out.

Easy to swallow, a 3 month supply at a great price

Unfortunately this did not work well for me, It gave me a headache every time I would take them and I would feel nauseous. That does not mean that it will affect someone else in that way, but for me it is a no go.

I researched for a while trying to find the best multivitamin. It really depends on your individual health needs, but this one fit for me. Specifically, I wanted something with high vitamin C, D, folic acid, and biotin, and this meets all of that criteria. I also like and trust this brand, so I try to use this brand when I can. The pill is a solid tablet and just under 1" long. It has a smooth texture and doesn't dissolve as soon as you put it in your mouth. I hate taking large pills but this one isn't too bad. It does have a slight aftertaste if you don't swallow it immediately which kind of tastes like the old Flintstone vitamins. I don't really notice much of a smell to it unless I put my nose to the bottle. The tablet is scored in the middle so you can easily break it in half if you need to. I do notice that I have more energy and overall feel better when I take this. I've also noticed my hair growing faster. I usually take this vitamin with dinner. Definitely take it with food since it has iron in it. If you don't, it could cause some nausea or upset stomach. Other than that, I have no issues with it and definitely recommend it for any woman needing a multivitamin!
