Is there any cheap lens that fit this camera?

There are many but each creates a different visual effect. There are basic 15mm Lenses that some people use such as the Voigtlander 15mm. I personally would not recommend anything less then the stock 18mm = 55mm Lens but this depends on what you wish to do with the camera. If you are looking for just close shooting and nothing more then just a few feet then a 15mm lens would work fine. I have not tried this on my cameras however, there are many resources on the internet about it. THe stock 18mm - 55mm can be found for around $80. I can not promise you this will give you any kind of quality because it is a 3rd part lens and I have not tried it. I hope this helps in some way.

Is this camera come with build in Flash?

The NEX-5N doesn't have a 'built-in' flash as such but it does include the tiny HVL-F7S external flash in the box. The HVL-F7S is small and looks something like a regular pop-up flash except that it screws into a port on the top of the camera. The 5N doesn't have a regular flash 'hotshoe' so there are no other options for adding a flash except for the included HVL-F7S or the optional HVL-F20S (which offers more power and the ability to bounce in landscape orientation).

Is this a good camera for a person stepping up from point and shoot cameras?

One might argue the size of the 5N is better over a DSLR but in reality once the lens is attached to the 5N it really does not benefit in size. For the same and even lower price you can get a DSLR with a superior offering of lenses, physical viewfinder and addon flash that you can actually work with. The viewfinder and flash on the 5n are just no good.  When it comes to getting a quick shot I will still reach for my DSLR over my 5N. I find the size and ergonomics of the DSLR are an advantage in more cases than not and vise versa with the 5N. The DSLR is easier to handle and you go straight to the viewfinder in bright situations. Even if the viewfinder is on my 5N its not that good. Unless your a woman carrying a purse with room to drop this camera in then I would take the bigger step up.On a side note.. One thing I really dislike about the 5N is the lack of AC/DC adapter use. For something like timelapse, for which they have an APP, that is a real set back.
