OXO Good Grips Nylon Flexible Turner - Black

Great spatula especially because you can use it to scrap out pans after in the sink.

This is my second one, first one cracked after more than a decade of near daily use. It is made of nylon, so it will melt at high temperature (but scrape the melty gunk off the edge with a sharp knife and it is fine). I have only run into the melting issue a few times, always with much higher heat than I normally use (searing steak, making smash burgers). It is something to be aware of, but it does not come up in 99% of situations. It is very flexible, wide enough for big things and has rounded corners to use on little things. Does not scrape non stick coatings too. Handle is comfortable, material and shape make it easy to clean. I have used silicone spatulas as well and they don't stand up they way this one does (start to develop small cracks at leading edge). So I am not even sure a temperatie resistant non scratch version can be made. There is one with exactly the same shape but the turner is a flexible metal.

Our hands down favorite spatula. We always keep two on hand. These are great for flipping eggs, it’s thin enough and flexible so no broken yolks. They last for years with daily use and clean up well in the dishwasher. Worth every penny!

The thinnest turner you will find. The quality at delivery was excellent. Mine had no defects that other reviewers noted. The business end was clean and even. I do doubt it's long term durability due to thinness. It is made of fairly stiff plastic and is only flexible due to it's thinness, unlike other flexible turners which are flexible due to a softer material.

Good for eggs but will stick if not oiled

I love this spatula! Sturdy, yet flexible for making sunny side up eggs. The flexibility lets you easily get under whatever you need to flip, so it makes flipping easier. It really is a very useful kitchen utensil to have. I also love the look of this one. Style and function at a great price. Definitely worth it!

These are my favorite spatulas! Very thin easy to get under eggs, fish and anything else you might be frying! I ordered two this time just in case I melt another one! I know better but still left the NYLON NOT SILICONE spatula blade resting on the edge of a very hot iron frying pan...taken care of properly you will only have to replace it when your kids take it home with them! lol In all seriousness, I have given a couple away and melted one so these two are #'s 4 and 5. Oxo brand is where it's at when it comes to usable kitchen tools!

Begonnen hat alles mit der Salz und Pfeffermühle von OXO. Jetzt bin ich auf dieses Produkt von OXO gestoßen. Ich bin begeistert. Langfristig schaue ich ob das so bleibt. Die meisten Pfannenwender sind nicht breit genug oder sie haben seitlich nach oben gebogene Ränder. Das bringt mir wenig. Ich bereite viel Grillkäse, Camembert und Back Schafskäse zu. Da musste ich mit meinen Pfannenwendern immer etwas jonglieren. Dieser hier ist ideal. Auch für Frikadellen super. Da ist dieser ideal. Falls sich langfristig bzgl. Haltbarkeit oder Material etwas ändert ergänze ich dies. Für den Moment ist das ein Daumen-hoch-Produkt.
