This actually works very well and is an inexpensive option. Definitely holds me in place so I don't sleep on my back and snore. Super simple.

I have mild sleep apnoea and this was recommended by the specialist.i don't feel any different after using it for a while.

This noodle is so uncomfortable. I tried to use it but the inside is so rigid I can’t stand having it on and I already use another backpack filled with air to sleep on my side. I am very dissatisfied and this is not able to be returned. I thought this might be more comfortable than the positional aid I use but boy was I wrong!

The product is not decreasing the snoring issue, not even 15%, would like to return the product

My reason to buy it was to prevent from sleeping on my back due to back pain. Although it is a bit uncomfortable it does help quite a bit.
