I have used many, but these are by far the best! Simple and solid. You will not be disappointed.

Decent, not as good as they were years ago. My guys already broke the nap holder tab on both after a month of use. We had to consolidate to one frame with good tabs, but this could be due to them putting too much pressure on naps since we were using 3/4 inch naps and flat paint. Still a good product as you can buy replacement nap holder tabs individually but they definitely used to take more punishment in the past.

They work well with holding the roller in, but it is a bear to get the roller in and out of the holder. Almost hard to do with one person. Is a Mess trying to get off the mount.

I have been using these for over a dozen years easy with no problems. Paint to epoxy floors. Industrial use. They last and hold up. Just make sure you have the right button inserts for the ends of the roller openings. If they are too big, the roller will fall out. You can buy packs of them from Wooster. You only need to loosen and remove one side of the holder. Anyone who says they are messy doesn’t know what they are doing. If you are sloppy, just wear rubber gloves and hold it over an empty box. Piece of cake. Plus there are no telescoping/retracting parts to worry about clamping w nuts Or buttons and if you get paint or epoxy on the roller (which you will) you don’t have to worry about getting it perfectly clean or it prohibiting the movement of the telescoping (expanding parts). No brainer
