Set in a beautiful seaside town on the Italian Riviera, Disney and Pixar's original feature film "Luca" is a coming-of-age story about one young boy experiencing an unforgettable summer filled with gelato, pasta and endless scooter rides. Luca (voice of Jacob Tremblay) shares these adventures with his newfound best friend, Alberto (voice of Jack Dylan Grazer), but all the fun is threatened by a deeply-held secret: they are sea monsters from another world just below the water's surface. "Luca" is directed by Academy Award® nominee Enrico Casarosa ("La Luna") and produced by Andrea Warren ("Lava," "Cars 3").

A clever twist on an adventure
I always appreciate a good C.G.I movie as 40 something who grew up on Butoon moon the loony tunes, while Coyote and road runner cartoons i spent a happy hour and a half thinking about how great stuff was now even if I did only understand only a fraction of what it's for or how it works or. Although I am still wondering why the fish boy man monster thing wanted to go school in the first place.

Beautiful and touching movie
An absolute must for the whole family.Gorgeous scenery, funny and at the same time touching on super important subjects as family, friendship and ability to have fun and look at the bright side of life. Not to mention the gorgeous scenery, Italy, the colours and beautiful characters. It is a family favourite movie.

Beautifully done, kids loved it and the adults shed a little tear too!
I had no expectations of this film, the kids knew of it but weren't massively excited to watch it so it was an even better experience for it when it turned out to be so good! A really lovely message, excellent animation (the transformation of sea monster to human blew our minds each time!)

Lovely film. Watched a few times now, really cute story. Also has helped me with my sons bath time as he pretends to be Luca so another win!!

Caring nature's win
I liked this for showing how it's important to be compassionate towards everyone. 10 year old & 5 year old sat peacefully through this film but I as their Adult carer enjoyed it too😉
