I mean, holy cow, I only take half a scoop because I have a pretty low caffeine tolerance, but this still really gets you going. The pump, the body feel, the tingling from the beta alanine, you get a really high quality workout after taking this because it just gets your blood flowing. I'm amazed that it costs so little considering you get everything you want from a preworkout mix out of this. My one complaint was the flavor: I got the blue raspberry stuff and MAN is that a strong flavor. I usually dry-scoop my preworkout but even when you dilute it with a ton of water it still has a very strong sour taste. My friends seemed to like the taste after I gave them a scoop but after having taken it a few times I think it's way too strong. Still, I know I'll be purchasing this product again because it's such a fantastic value, I'll just get the unflavored stuff next time.
