No Sugar! They are awesome for low carb diets.

8 grams of carbs, 7 of which is dietary fiber. There are 6 decent-size crackers in a serving (25 grams), and 6 servings to the box. The crackers are rather filling (much more so than any potato-based cracker), and I think that 6 crackers is close to a true serving (regarding what I assume most people would naturally eat).
