Tastes like really bad medicine. Do not recommend.
I guess I should have seen this coming, but I had hoped it wouldn't be this bad. I will eat them because that's a lot of money but in an attempt to up the protein in my life, this was a very bad idea. Yes, you get protein at the expense of your taste buds just losing all hope of decency.

Amazing source of protein
Doctor told me to consume in order to loose weight and stand within my protein and calorie intake. Works beyond what I expected, gives me the protein I need and curves my appetite. Does it taste the best no it can taste awful especially if consumed straight from the packet. But mix it in with just water and ice boom it taste a lot better. If your serious about your health take it, if you want to make up excuses about the taste and what not that’s on you, nothing that every helps improve your health will taste wonderful
