These are great once you get used to them. Fabulous alternative to stodgy pasta and no bloating.

You do need to rinse these a few times to get rid of the fishy smell. Because they are soooo carb free they don’t hold any flavour. I’d rather use a veggie peeler to make zucchini noodles that soak up flavours.

I am both coeliac and diabetic. This brand means pasta is available to me again on a regular basis as I don't need to worry about wheat or carbohydrates.

I am sorry as I hate writing bad reviews. This stuff is not pleasant . It's got a strange smell and is quite slimy in texture. It's isn't as good as pasta I am afraid .

It’s a different texture to wheat pasta but absorbs any sauce just the same. Zero carbs!

A great filler and has helped me lose some weight

The texture and smell are not for me. There a bite to these no matter how long you boil them. Will update if I get better results. If you're buying this for keto better making your own pasta, search "king of keto pasta" in youtube 100 times better and only 3g carbs a serving. Actually tastes like real pasta in meals these pale in comparison.
