I have arthritis in my thumb joint and use these tapes over the boney area of my thumb. Works great.

This tape is phenomenal. My thumb never gets "stuck". The sides of my thumb used to get hung up in the ball. Now, with this tape up the back of my thumb, it slides out easily.

Motiv bowling tape have good quality adhesive and at the same time easy to remove. It stays on even with my sweaty hands. In terms of smoothness, the black one is a bit to quick for me. I prefer the grey since I tried it.
