Try reading the ingredient’s on its page. **Q: Can i use this to retwist my locs since its light?** A: Not Sure if it would stay, its more to use as a curling cream for hair that's already curly. **Q: Does this leave a residue when it dries?** A: Not too often, you need to evenly distribute it throughout the hair and it works well and won't. I put it on my daughter's hair damp or dry.
