Not satisfied with product
Unable to open the back part to attach the battery..so not possible for me to access it.. even if I force to open then front part has been detached and remote must be damaged from front side 😟😟 very disappointed to buy this product..waste of money 👎🏼👎🏼

Not that good quality.
Bought this remot for samsung smart tv it worked for some month and we have to put pressure to pause button overall not satisfied.

Bad quality and basic feature missing
The quality of spring in the battery socket is 3rd grade. It does not hold the battery properly. Also the volume up and down is not continuous, meaning that for example you need to move it 5 times if you want to move the volume 5 steps up or down. In proper remotes, you need to just move it once and keep it there to move the volume up or down. Moreover there is no return option. I replaced the 1st remote but even the 2nd one had the same issues. DO NOT WASTE your money on this remote.

It's very slow typing remote. Even two move or press or type anything it's take huge time.

Goods returned as they did not work with my model even though it was listed to do so, plus it doesnt have the voice control button which my original remote does.
