The product is fine for 2 weeks but it suddenly started leaking water. And I have raised a request and Bosch technical team has replaced a part with ontime communication and now the product is back to working condition. Thank you team and the product is good for even boiling sweet corn, sweet potato apart from eggs.

I had asked for replacment since the eggs were coming soft boiled, the replaced item too was leaking. So I mailed Borosil customer care about it ([email protected]). They responded within a day and their engineer visited home next day. Fixed the leakage free of cost. This was really very professional warrenty support that too at home. I am quite impressed. Now it makes eggs hard boiled and there's no leakage. 👍

Very Poor Quality – Lid Breaks Quickly Extremely disappointed with this product. The lid is of such poor quality that it breaks/cracks quickly due to the heat and boiling temperature during normal use. A product meant to handle boiling conditions should obviously be designed to withstand heat. What makes it even worse is that replacement/spare lids are not available anywhere. So once the lid breaks, the entire product becomes practically useless. This is a serious design and quality issue. Poor material, poor durability, and no availability of spare parts. I would strongly recommend avoiding this product unless the manufacturer improves the quality and provides replacement lids. Very disappointing purchase. Definitely not worth the money.

Best device for egg boiling. Using from more than 6 months. No issues, best feature, automatically cut-off after boiling,no headache. Just add sufficient water and switch on. Recommended buy.

Working fine, but outer steel frame is getting rusted quickly.

I use this product every day and found it very useful. It lasted about 20 months. The only issue is that the lid started getting cracks after 6 months and was completely broken after 1 year and 8 months.
