Nutricost Chelated Iron, As Ferrochel, 36mg, 240 Capsules

Not sure what it is - but these tablets made me feel off. I have experienced a similar sensation with Zinc tablets (after changing the brand I felt fine)

Chelated iron, supplied here by Albion, is easier for your system to absorb and make use of, and in many cases is less likely to cause side effects. I was happy to see this product available when my wife needed to raise her iron levels.

This is the iron you want! I went through a few years where I couldn't eat, and I was so weak I could barely move. One of the issues was lack of iron, and iron supplementation is usually a nightmare. Not with this. I could literally feel my body steering to create enzymes within a minute of taking this stuff. Assuming the labeling is correct, this is a good deal - high potency at a fair price. I won't know if it's a really good product until I've taken it for a while and get blood tests - but, so far so good.
