We've been sleeping on these new pillows for 3.5 months now and OMG we love them! I'm very picky about pillows because my neck will get sore and kinked if it's too low, too high, too soft or too hard. It has always been a challenge to find the right pillows. This solved all of our problems! Each person can build their pillow up to whatever thickness is good for them! It took a couple trial nights but I only adjusted twice and now I have perfection! Love the 100% cotton! The outer part has a thick, smooth, soft, cotton cover, filled nicely to give that soft cushiony feel and then you fill the middle part with however much foam you want. I don't like the feel of little chunks of foam on my face so I prefer this pillow's outer layer compared to other adjustable pillows that are only the foam. I took out the majority of the filling and just have the left over in my closet for whenever we need to adjust in the future. The outer pillow washes up super well and gets softer with each wash. When I first got the pillows I followed their instructions and separated the inner from the outer, washed the outer, and let the inner foam part air out for a week. And obviously don't put the foam in the washer and dryer. Yes the foam stinks, but it will dissipate. Once I put the foam inside the pillows after a week, I couldn't smell the foam anymore. I am super sensitive to smells and was worried at first, but I can't smell anything now so I'm so happy! Hands down, I will never buy another brand of pillow ever. This is the smartest invention ever, whoever made these is a genius! You can't go wrong because you make it however thick you want it. And there is so much foam supplied!!! More than enough to make super thick pillows. It may not look like it but remember it will all expand. These pillows suit anyone and everyone! Kudos to the manufacturer! Just remember to follow their instructions and air out before use. Latest Update: I have since purchased these for Xmas gifts and the people are sleeping better than ever, they are in love with these pillows now too! Can't thank Accuratex enough for making these!!! :)

These pillows are incredible! They feel like hotel-quality pillows, soft, fluffy, and absolutely amazing. My only issue is that, for me, they are a little too high to sleep comfortably. Other than that, I love them!

It's taking me a bit of time to warm up to these pillows. When I first open them, I thought WOW, these look amazing and comfortable. I bought shredded memory foam pillows because I like the concept of the fill being individual pieces that don't flatten with use and have the scruchability similar to a down pillow. I also really like that you can add or remove as much fill as you want to your desired comfort level. The cover is a nice, quality cotton with a zipper that opens on one end and wraps around the corner and down one side, making it really easy to remove the inner pillow to wash the cover. The cover also seems to be stuffed with some sort of polyfill, I suspect to prevent the pillow from feeling lumpy from the memory foam. The cover could almost be a separate pillow it's so puffy. :O I like it and I don't like it currently. The cover seems to be filled too much with the polyfill. For a side sleeper, it's probably perfectly fine. For back and stomach sleepers who tend to need flatter pillows, the fill in the case takes up too much of the height and takes away from the purpose of the shredded memory foam. I removed half the fill (maybe more) and my pillow now feels a bit more like a regular polyfill pillow now with a bit of memory foam. I like a scrunchable pillow where I can shift the fill more to the sides for times when I shift onto my side, but the fill in the cover kind of fights against me on that. I was hoping for that hotel pillow feel and I'm not sure I've quite achieved that, but it's close. I'm still deciding and may need to adjust the fill a bit more. It can take a bit of adjustment at first, so I'm going to see if I can make these nice pillows, perfect.
