When contaminated products are sold in California, a "Prop 65" warning is required on the packaging...and I've seen this on competing products. There's no Prop 65 warning mentioned by Fitlane here, but this may mean only they don't sell in California. We simply won't know where this stuff is from until and unless Fitlane tells us. **Q: What is this product made from?** A: Unlike what W.M.T stated it is not in the description. The description says “ Allulose is a rare sugar that occurs naturally in raisins, figs, and other foods”. It fails to say that allulose is typically derived from corn, because it’s cheap and easy to get. Unfortunately though they don’t ever actually include what they got the allulose from just that it’s allulose. I’ve tried countless times to find allulose made from dates or something else because I can’t have the corn allulose. So, it certainly implies it is made in the USA. Country of origin rules have changed. It used to be that if a product was imported, the country had to be disclosed on the product.
