Excellent Receipt Printer & Outstanding Customer Service!
I couldn't be happier with this receipt printer! It was very easy to set up and worked well right out of the box. The first couple of times I printed, it fed about 8 inches of paper before printing the receipt. I contacted customer service, and they were absolutely phenomenal. They responded in less than 24 hours and immediately offered to help troubleshoot the issue. I was incredibly impressed by how attentive and responsive they were. Even after I suspected the problem might be related to the software I was using, they didn't just stop there—they continued following up and working with me until we identified the correct settings. Now the receipts print perfectly every time! It's rare to find a company that stands behind its products with this level of customer support. Between the quality of the printer and the exceptional customer service, I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. I highly recommend this printer to anyone looking for a reliable receipt printer backed by a company that truly cares about its customers.

So far, all good
Comes with AU plug Work very well with Loyverse from iPad but basically it doesn't support it because DHCP is disabled. I don't know why. Before plug Ethernet cable, you must connect to PC via USB and using their software to enable DHCP otherwise can not retrieve IP address. Doesn't work with UBER, DOORDASH AND MENULOG
