I purchased the Senator Lightweight Checked Bag – Durable Hard Shell Luggage 28” (A10) in May 2025 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After using it for just one trip, the luggage already started falling apart. The decorative pieces on top of the handle came off, which immediately made it look worn and poorly made. For a suitcase that’s supposed to be durable with a hard shell design, I expected much better quality and finishing. Overall, the build quality feels cheap and not built to last. A checked bag—especially a 28-inch suitcase meant for travel—should be able to handle at least a few trips without cosmetic parts detaching. Very disappointed with the durability and would not recommend this product.

Good product.

Pros: The bag colour and rigidity is nice. I have travelled with this bag 3 times and its completely fine. Cons: Inner cloth is torn, it was noyt strong enough to hold the bag. The trolley of the bag looks very loose type. the handly has play in it. Recommendation: To strong an inner cloth . Tires are bit noisy better if they add any rubber on it.
