It’s a good tree for the money, you might be able to find better I just bought this at the last minute and felt like I didn’t have the best options. When it got here one of the branches is broken and it just droops so I just twisted one of the small branches on the big branch to the small branches above it to hold it in place and that worked fine. If you have kids, or maybe you are like me and love to fidget with things, don’t get this tree. I have ripped almost all of the little cranberries off, it’s just so fun and I can’t stop. I’d imagine children are the same. My tree now only has pine cones and I’ll have to use a wire cutter to take off the wire stems that the cranberries were on next year. But other than that it’s a pretty ok tree, looks nice.

This star is very nice, the lights are bright and it’s the perfect size on our 9ft. tree.One of the strands was loose on arrival but it was a very easy fix with just stretching it back onto the wire.If kept in a box for storage it seems like it will last for years!

The media could not be loaded. The appearance is elegant and beautiful. It feels ornate and strong at the same time. It’s kind of simple so hard to get atop the tree straight but we managed. It’s sturdy at the base but don’t touch the star, the strings will pop. The lights are old fashioned and the colored ones don’t go with each other. We will keep ours on warm light. It’s stable though. Hasn’t fallen and won’t.

Looks very nice

The star is too heavy for the tree. My daughter bent down the top top so the cone would have double the strength. It didn't come with a remote. The plug for the star is not long enough to reach the floor on my 7 ft tree, so I had to add an extention cord that doesn't look very pretty. Two of the gold threads have broken already. They can't be repaired. The best I can do is pull them thru the star so they can't be seen. I used a crochet hook. A needle with a large eye would work too. It is pretty on the tree, but it took a lot of balancing precariously on a ladder before I was satisfied. Merry Christmas to all!

You’re probably more likely to get struck by lightning than you are to receive this item without any defects. The first star I received would not light up at all, so I asked for an exchange and shipped the original back. I received the replacement item and upon taking it out of its package the string was loose and broken throughout the star, compromising its appearance. Before purchasing the star I read the reviews where people had similar experiences and purchased it anyways thinking it was a fluke, but it wasn’t the production is just that terrible.

My partner and I really loved this star on our tree this year. The only issue was that the cord was a little too short so we needed to buy an extension cord. Our tree was about 7 feet tall, and the extension cord had to be tucked into the bottom of the tree. Otherwise it's a great tree topper.
