I can't speak to whether or not it will actually help because I have no way of scientifically measuring the effect. I take all vitamins and supplements on faith that they will provide my body with necessary nutrients to work more effectively. I liked the ingredients list for this one, but I did find it to be less economical than some other options. In terms of taking these, they are easy enough to swallow and have no taste.
