A giant step-up from what I am accustomed to.
These are great! Makes my equipment so much quieter. Music is fine, nothing overwhelming. Battery compartment is a huge plus, not the cheap, clip crap I used to have. These you unscrew (easily), so if your head does hit something the batteries are not falling out. Hope these last, I expect they will.

Bleh hearing protection, drops radio stations and static filled radio
Bleh. Got these because my 3M headphones fell off a truck and broke, and I was hopeful that the decibel reduction was better on these. However, thats not the case. Less than moderate ear protection, definitely not 31 decibel reduction. Stations do not come in clear and are dropped frequently. Lighter than my 3M, but definitely worse quality. 3M also doesn't force you to take off the headset to change the station due to the voice, these do not have that. Miss my 3M...

Poor radio quality
The radio section in this product is of a very poor quality. It has no immunity to other FM stations in the band. The station of my choice (medium strength) was constantly jammed by other strong stations broadcasting on different frequencies. They come and go as you move around. Impossible to use this product, unless as a glorified set of earmuffs... but for that you do not have to pay 60 bucks. I returned it.

VERY Satisfied.
I will compare my experience with my Ear Defenders, with reviews I've seen of similar products. Comfortable, Well made battery compartment. Easy to reach and find on/off'volume switch. Clear sound and good FM radio reception to many stations. And I live in a rural area with no nearby stations. Did not try AM. Easy to search and find radio stations while on the go. More than enough volume output.

Great sound quality on FM stations
Great sound quality on FM stations. Long battery life. Description says 4 batteries required but only takes 2. Only complaint is that the AM stations will not tune to the exact frequency and volume will fluctuate up and down (AM only). Highly recommend if you are looking for a quality headphone for FM listening.

Completely blocks out unwanted noise.
This is a CLASS investment for what it's intended to do: block out unwanted noise AND allow you to listen to radio stations (and other music) at ear-safe decibels.This is a KEEPER, folks!

Useless-radio stations bleed one into another
Totally useless. They work for a few weeks and then some cheap component must break. Because after a few weeks, when you turn your head while walking, the FM radio station you are listening to bleeds into another FM station.

Robust aber dünner klang
Die Kopfhörer dämpfen den täglichen Baustellenlärm ab wie es zu erwarten ist. Qualitativ sind sie m.e. in der Verarbeitung mit dem Original von Peltor gleichzusetzen wobei es einen Pluspunkt gibt der das Audiokabel betrifft welches die linke mit der rechten Seite verbindet. Beim Original gab es dort wegen häufigerer Größenverstellung Kabelbrüche da dort ein etwas zu kurzes Kabel verbaut war mir zu wenig Spiel. Das Problem würde hier besser gelöst.Der Radioempfang ist bisher auch besser als bei bei anderen Modellen.ABER : der klang lässt bei earmuff leider zu wünschen übrig. Er ist sehr dünn und flach. Peltor und andere Hersteller verwenden einen zuschaltbaren Bassbooster welcher den Klang wesentlich voller klingen lässt.

Schlechte Qualität durch und durch...
Leider ein Fehlkauf! Der Radioempfang ist nie komplett störungsfrei und extrem bewegungsanfällig. Den Hygienesatz hätte man gleich mitbestellen müssen, da die Polster nach wenigen Wochen schon anfingen vom Trägerrahmen abzureißen.Zur Dämmwirkung kann ich keine Messwerte geben, aber viel ist es damit auch nicht weit her.Alles in allem schlecht verarbeitet und im Altag ein Ärgernis! Schade!

C'est un casque que j'utilise quotidiennement lorsque je travaille au jardin car c'est le seul qui jusqu'à ce jour capte les radios FM ,je l'utilise aussi lorsque je tond le gazon ou que j'emploi le broyeur de végétaux .Le seul petit inconvénient est que lorsque mon épouse ou quel-qu"'un d'autre me parle je suis surpris par leur présence car l'isolation phonique est très bonne
