I highly recommend.
An annual wellness checkup sent me searching for a vitamin D suppliment at my Doctors orders. I was sceptical, so I researched everything I could find on the subject. I've been taking this item for less than a month. So far, so good! I am experiencing better energy & better health through the day. My previous vitamin dropped off early in the afternoon. I'll write more later after more time has passed.

Pricey, but hopefully worth it
I bought this as it seemed to be recommended by legitimate sources. I was taking a calcium supplement with d3 prior and this seems to have additional minerals. You are recommended to take theee a day but at this time I am taking one of these and one of my older calcium pills until they are gone. There really is no good way to tell whether or not these are working except for a new bone density scan after taking them a while. I can say they have no negative effect but don’t feel any difference yet.

So far, so good!
I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks and had no side effects at all. I did a lot of research on bone health supplements and chose this one because it seemed well-formulated and reliable. It’s easy on the stomach and gives me peace of mind as I get older. Happy with the purchase so far!
