Review: They DO curb my appetite! FYI-DO drink a full glass of water to wash down! - I’m trying taking 2 of these a day, again. My first try is noted below. So, I took one at 9 am and a second at 3pm. Each time, I slowly drink a large glass of water to wash them down. I’ve found that the water offsets the pill not washing down and heartburn. As a cautionary note- I took one a few weeks ago without a full glass of water, it stuck in my esophagus and was very uncomfortable, eyes watering, took 20 minutes to right. They DO feel curb my appetite! I HAVE A 2nd bottle and will order a 3rd! First attempt: I took 1 in the AM and a 2nd mid day. But, began to notice low level heartburn. Shifting to taking 1 capsule daily, in the AM, works best for me. There’s not a significant cut in appetite. But, it’s enough to make taking these worthwhile.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My favorite supplement.

I haven't been able to find a single supplement that has so many health benefits. Since taking this product, I've noticed a big improvement in my circulation, I'm a lot warmer now throughout the day. If you suffer from bad allergies you definitely should start taking this product. This will clear out your congestion within minutes. It is also supposed to be very good for your cardiovascular system. I have not noticed any side effects, you just have to remember to take this with some food or you might get a stomach ache. It is definitely worth taking the supplement daily. --- Ok I've been taking this product for officially one month now and it's given me even more benefits that I thought of before. Besides clearing up my allergies, I've noticed this also helps if I have a headache ( I think it has to do with the cayenne opening the blood vessels). If I have an upset stomach, I'll eat a banana and take two of these capsules, the cayenne is apparently also good for stopping diarrhea. Along side those benefits, there is also the plus of cayenne being able to lower your blood pressure naturally. Especially if you are under a lot of stress, this could be a good alternative to blood pressure medication. Anyways, I plan on buying more as soon as I run out. I take 4-5 pills a day, absolutely no side effects. ————————————————- Quick update: I still have been taking these daily in 2022. They really work so well at so many things. I noticed they also help with anxiety, I’m not sure why, it might have something to do with the lowering of blood pressure effect. But I can’t recommend Cayenne enough.
