Its legit total body. Love the options. I still crave to own all of Jillians dvds but this is a great deal on Amazon for this boxset. I now have to buy the Lift and Shred dvd separately because I do feel this set would be more rounded with a weight lifting dvd. I know L&S just came out but there is an older weight dvd of Jillians. But either way, this is a great set.I do Yoga Inferno on my days off in the morning and its such a great variant! I work out every morning and Jillian makes it so easy to get the sweat going asap. So many options to switch it up and not get bored. I chose this set instead of paying for a PT at my gym. If there is any PT i want to hire is one that's studied the entire science of the body, makes their own routines and has PROVEN RESULTS with so many other people: that personal trainer would be Jillian Michaels. Buy it.

Great exercise set!
Just received DVDs yesterday and I have been working out for years, have recently been bored so ordered these DVDs for I have a few of Jillian's already. With that said first workout kicked my bottom and I am very sore. Am looking forward to using all of them.

Great 30 min workouts
Like all of Jillian's workouts, I love this one. There are a bunch of workouts and levels so you won't get bored. They are broken down into 30 min segments. You can get it quick but effective workouts, when you don't have time for a full hour or more.

Good, Cheap Set
Challenging, but easy to follow workouts. This is my first Jillian Michaels set, really like them. Just wish they had more than 2 work outs per DVD.

I love my product
I liked its exactly what I ordered however. Your delivery people didnt follow instructions and put by back door. Someone almost walked off with my product! Thankfully i csme jome when i did.

Love this DVD set!
So happy with this set! Variety of DVD workouts. I have other vids by Jillian and have had success with her workouts and these are great additions to my other ones. Packaged well and arrived with no damage and fast!
