No he probado a calentarlos. La mayoría de los otros no vienen con 4 paquetes de hielo, así que este fue un muy buen negocio para mí. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Monumental to Healing! *by on Reviewed in the United States 20 March 2026* I'm about 11 hours post op of getting 4 impacted wisdom teeth out plus 2 molars that were in front of them. I had pretty intense swelling immediately after, but as soon as i got home i threw this wrap on and took a 3 hour nap, so it's comfortable enough to sleep in. The coldness lasts for about 30 minutes and I can absolutely feel more than enough coldness through the wrap. I think its because the pockets are on the inside of the wrap, right next to your face! Though even just the pressure of the wrap around you with no ice is helpful. As of about 8 hours post op the swelling was gone. I've read swelling and pain will increase days 2 and 3 so ill update if that's the case! This comes with 4 ice packs to interchange seamlessly. You absolutely do not need anything more expensive than this. It's perfect.48-72 hours post op you should switch to heat. Some reviews say not to heat the packets for more than like 15, 20 seconds or they bust. A small heat pack (hand warmers) might be better to put in the pockets. I encourage everyone to get this for any need!
