Fits well and is comfortable. I misread instructions and put it on upside down at first.

September 30, 2021 Update: Although the x small/small brace fit well around my wrist & hand, the thumb area really dug into my skin making it almost unbearable to wear for extended periods. I ended up cutting the material off around the thumb area. This made it comfortable but I lost some support to my upper hand. I finally decided to try the medium/large size for my right hand (purchased braces for both hands). Wow! What a difference in comfort. I have a very small hand and wrist, but the larger size is what I needed. I certainly would purchase these again, but in the larger size.I have tiny wrists--5.7 inches in circumference--and this brace fits comfortably and is easy to adjust. It's like magic. The brace supports your wrist yet allows freedom of movement for your fingers. I've tried so many braces that just seemed inadequate because I just couldn't get them adjusted properly or they were so uncomfortable it just wasn't worth it. This brace is awesome!!! The micro adjustment allows you to quickly make adjustments for comfort & stability. I purchased both a left & right brace and couldn't be more pleased.

I have been wearing this brand of brace for about a year! They do not loosen up like other braces with Velcro closures !They stay comfortably snug all day!They are well-made and they show very little signs of wear!However my only complaint with these new ones and the reason I gave comfort four stars is that the inner sleeve is much tighter than the first set that I bought!I have a 7 inch diameter wrist and an 8 inch diameter palm and I really have to struggle to pull them on! Hopefully they will loosen up with age! All in all I really do like them, I would order them again!👍edit 3/08/21 after wearing them for a while the inner sleeve has loosened up a bit to make them easier to put on! this is the brace to buy if you have carpal tunnel syndrome!

I bought this for post scaphoid surgery. I was told I didn't need a thumb support and that I can use a removable supporting device so I got this. I can see what people mean by the thumb hole being too small even thought it didn't bother me. the reason for return is the compression sleeve in the product makes it impossible to put on and take off with my injury. I can't see how anyone with a normal sized hand can get this thing on and off without fighting it, the compression sleeve is TIGHT. size purchased was a med large

I measured my wrist and hand correctly. I was measured by my physical therapist. I have very tiny hands and fingers. I ordered a small. The brace fits everywhere but the thumb hole. The thumb hole is infant sized. I have child like hands, but certainly not infant size hands. I've done everything short of ripping this thing apart to try to stretch the hole to fail miserably. On the bright side, the material is strong. All the force used to stretch this thing out, it didn't budge. It's cutting the circulation of my thumb off and cut into the webbing. I have a pretty painful cut now from how tight this thing is. Whoever sized this thing needs fired and to find a new career.
