I used these for a cruise and they were wonderful. I tend to get sea sick and have used sea bands in the past. These are basically the exact same thing, but were cheaper so I thought I'd give them a try. Pros: It works! For the most part, upon putting them on, within 5-10 minutes you will notice that you start to feel better. It works gradually but very quickly. It's preventative. If you put them on before you go, you will be fine. No side effects. Virtually none whatsoever They're very discreet. They're tiny, hard to see when you wear them, and they come in a perfectly sized case that's smaller than a business card and less than an inch thick. They weigh next to nothing and can be carried in a pocket or purse. Cons: They are tight so they leave little marks on your skin, but this beats puking over the side of the boat for days. They leave imprints on your skin.
