so far all thing are working out still hooking thing's up and running wires. so I have a few things so say. I think this unit is still to loud for the price, the Honda EU6500i is a whole lot quieter. There is know cool down mode and know variable speed control, there is just one speed (high).

This unit is fantastic it has done everything they said it should do. It has kept me with power at least 4 power out's, and once for about 8 hours and worked like a charm. A bit noisy, it would be nicer if they quieter or if they sold something to make the quieter. But over all I would buy it again, if I ever had to.

Amazon will not publish a phone number to help with broken product
Generator has 4 hours of use, and broke down, says 5 yr warranty, but you cannot talk to anyone, no help available.
