ok so how do i use this?
At $8, the saying you get what you pay for never has been more true. If it works it works, if not I guess next time I get a better one. Product is quite flimsy and looks cheesy, comes with no instructions how to use it, I guess you have to use your imagination. The waist part is easier to figure out, the shoulder part not so.

Relief and Confidence: Back Brace Posture Corrector Review
I recently purchased the Back Brace Posture Corrector, and it has truly been a game-changer for me. As someone who spends long hours hunched over a desk, I was desperate to find a solution to my persistent back pain and slouching posture. After just a few weeks of consistent use, I am thrilled with the results. First and foremost, the comfort level of this posture corrector is unmatched. Unlike other products I've tried in the past, this one is made with high-quality materials that feel soft against the skin while providing the necessary support. The adjustable straps allow for a customized fit, ensuring that I can wear it comfortably throughout the day without any discomfort. But what truly sets this posture corrector apart is its effectiveness. Not only does it gently remind me to straighten up my posture, but it also provides the support my back needs to maintain proper alignment. I've noticed a significant reduction in my back pain since using this product, and my posture has improved dramatically. I feel more confident and energized throughout the day, knowing that I am taking proactive steps to improve my health and well-being. Additionally, I appreciate the discreet design of this posture corrector. It easily fits under my clothes, allowing me to wear it anywhere without feeling self-conscious. Whether I'm at work, running errands, or exercising, I can confidently wear this brace without anyone even noticing. Overall, I highly recommend the Back Brace Posture Corrector to anyone struggling with back pain or poor posture. It's comfortable, effective, and discreet, making it the perfect solution for anyone looking to improve their posture and overall quality of life. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Helped My Posture More Than I Expected (But Not Perfect)
I bought this back brace mainly because I spend a lot of time sitting—long work sessions plus frequent travel where I’m hunched over a laptop or phone. I started noticing mild lower back discomfort and my posture getting worse, especially after long days. I didn’t want anything too bulky or medical-looking, just something simple to remind me to sit and stand straighter. After using the Fitsupport posture corrector for a few weeks, I’d say it mostly met my expectations, but with a few trade-offs. The first thing I noticed was how lightweight it is. It’s not one of those rigid braces; it’s more of a soft support system that gently pulls your shoulders back. That actually worked well for me because I could wear it under a shirt without it being too obvious. The material feels breathable enough, which matters if you’re wearing it for extended periods. In terms of actual posture correction, it does what it’s supposed to—up to a point. It doesn’t force you into perfect posture, but it gives a constant reminder. If I started slouching, I could feel the tension and adjust myself. Over time, I noticed I was sitting straighter even without it, which was the main goal. That said, it’s not a miracle fix for back pain. It helped reduce mild discomfort, especially in my upper back and shoulders, but if you’re expecting strong lumbar support, this isn’t really that kind of brace. Here’s a quick breakdown based on my experience: What worked well: Lightweight and relatively comfortable for daily use Easy to adjust and put on without much hassle Subtle enough to wear under clothing Helps build awareness of posture over time What could be better: Straps can dig in slightly under the arms after long use Limited lower back/lumbar support Needs occasional readjustment during the day Sizing matters—a wrong size would probably make it uncomfortable For practical use, I found it most helpful during: Desk work sessions (especially when I start slouching without realizing it) Watching shows or using my phone for long periods Light walking, just to keep posture in check I wouldn’t recommend wearing it all day. For me, 1–3 hours at a time was the sweet spot. Longer than that and it starts to feel restrictive. Value for money is reasonable. It’s not expensive, and for what it does—mainly posture awareness and light support—it feels fair. Just don’t expect it to replace proper ergonomics, exercise, or medical-grade support if you have serious back issues. Overall, it did what I hoped: helped me become more conscious of my posture and reduced some everyday discomfort. It’s more of a training tool than a permanent solution, which is actually fine if that’s what you’re looking for.

Return and Replace
This back support is good but without the shoulder straps because it’s very uncomfortable. I want to return it but I need Amazon’s approval.
