First and foremost, this does use human umbilical stem cells so if you have any ethical issues with this, you’ll want to skip this product. As for me? If it works amazing and isn’t attributed to any cruelty, I am all in. I honestly don’t have the words for this product and keep going to the mirror to check it out. I have VERY dry, mature skin. I also have deep set laugh lines and wrinkles from lots of sun exposure. I love a good moisturizer but few products give an actual noticeable difference. This GD11 double ampoule is one for the books. The box is sealed and the product requires a click to release the purple ampoule and then you’ll mix with the thick, clear serum below. Give it a shake and a few pumps to get the fully mixed product. You’ll have some of the clear only “gel” the first couple of pumps and you can use that on its own as well. But the purple potion will take a few extra pumps. I washed my face with a scrub in preparation for the product to properly soak in. The effect is instant. At least it was for me. I saw and instant brighter glow with firming that didn’t feel tight or itchy. I just let the serum do its work and didn’t apply my moisturizer for at least an hour it does feel a little sticky but it isn’t meant to be your final moisturizer. You’ll want to use your night cream afterward or your day cream with SPF. Absolutely love this one.

I just received this in the mail a couple days ago so as a disclosure, I am only giving a review of what I have noticed over 4 days of use. First, I will mention that "It contains human umbilical mesenchymal stem cell exosomes " for it to serve its purpose of reducing fine lines/wrinkles and to help with shrinking pores among other benefits. So, if you have an ethical concern then I would steer clear. If you're ok with it and are deciding if you want to spend the money and try it out. I would. It contains a purple ampule and with this bottle, you give it a simple twist to drop it and it will mix with the clear serum. Give it a shake and you will see that the clear part gets a purple tint to it. The serum is light, thin and I never have to use more than 2 pumps to cover my whole face. It spreads easily. The first time I used it, I noticed a glow to my face and could feel a very slight tightening effect. I have used this both in the morning after I wake up and before bed after my shower. While not necessary, I like to make sure I am getting full benefits from twice daily. My face after only 4 days of use is already seeing some of the benefits and the lines are fading. Definitely pleased and I can't wait to see how it looks after another 4 days.

I recently purchased the GD11 Advanced Lab Energy Double Ampoule (1.01 fl. oz) with hopes of rejuvenating my skin and addressing some signs of aging. After using it consistently for 4 weeks, I’m left feeling somewhat underwhelmed by the results. While the packaging is sleek and the serum has a nice texture, I haven’t noticed any significant changes in my skin. I was really hoping for improvements in hydration, firmness, or a reduction in fine lines, but unfortunately, nothing seems to have changed. It almost feels like I’m using any standard moisturizer rather than a specialized anti-aging serum. The application process is straightforward, and I appreciate the dropper for easy dispensing. However, I expected more from a product that highlights stem cell technology as a key ingredient. It’s possible that my skin just doesn’t respond well to this particular formula, or perhaps it simply requires more time to show results, but at this point, I’m feeling a bit disappointed. Overall, the GD11 Advanced Lab Energy Double Ampoule hasn't lived up to my expectations. While it may work for others, I haven’t seen the results I was hoping for after a month of use. I’ll likely be exploring other options in the future

I enjoy this serum . I could see some positive results and my skin feels tighter and brighter . My concern is for the price I only received 1/2 of the bottle with product . So for that reason I probably will not re order .

The double ampoule has a mixing system that's initiated by the consumer through a twist and push down action exactly as shown in one of the product photos. This makes it fresh compared with other ampoules containing skin serum, a significant product feature. My wife reports that this serum is very effective. Many skincare products claim unsubstantiated benefits, but this one appears to have good scientific backing. Here is a quote from a peer reviewed scientific paper published on the NIH federal government site: "The results showed that GDF-11 accelerates growth, migration and ECM production of HDFs. Our In vivo results showed that topical treatment of USC-CM showed anti-wrinkle effect and significantly increased dermal density in women. In conclusion, USC-CM has various useful growth factors including GDF-11 that can stimulate skin rejuvenation by increasing growth and ECM production of HDFs." I feel this product is offered at a decent/fair price at this time.

Interesting serum with stem cell extracts. The bottle has a twist aspect to release additional ingredients into the serum. There is a slight scent to the serum, almost berry. The serum itself is rather heavy and gel like. It goes on smoothly and you really don't need more than 1-2 drops for your face. Once it absorbs in it leaves the skin VERY soft. I noticed a difference on skin texture from one arm against my other non-applied arm. The serum arm was smoother and silkier in visible appearance. Overall I really like this and highly recommend it!

When finding that part of the ingredients had human umbilical cord, I wasn’t sure how to feel about this product. I would have to know how it was obtained and how this ingredient was retrieved. Hard to give a rating. It’s a gel like substance.
