Okay. So I was a little worried about buying this since the other reviews stated they needed to order an extra part. I definitely agree the manufacturer should make the middle 'I' beams shorter so there is no confusion. However, it is possible to put this bed together well without needing customer service to send another part. This is how I did it:Do not screw the perimeter platform screws in all of the way. I think these are 'G' and 'H'. Let them be loose. Then when everything is put together, you will be able to get G and H into the holes and tighten them. But if you put the bed together as the instructions say by tightening the I parts last, it won't work because the center part is too long when the side parts are screwed in all the way. I was able to put the bed together and thought maybe I would have to bend something but the bed went together perfectly (with a little muscle) and the end beams tightened up fine after I already put the center beam in. It doesn't need to be that confusing but it is and it is a relatively easy workaround and saved me having to call or do anything else. I had the bed put together by myself in less than an hour. And I've been sleeping on it for 3 weeks now with no issues. It doesn't creak and it feels very sturdy. I did hit my leg on the end but I always do that on beds with footboards.

Easy to assemble, no tools required. Everything in the box was packed neatly and protected.It also looks great in our room!

I simply love my new bed frame! It looks great and is ALMOST everything I was after, my only complaint is it is advertised as having a 12" clearance from the bottom of the bed to the floor, but that is not true. It's a couple inches shy.But all in all it is sturd, comfortable, it was put together in about a hour. I must admit i was a bit skeptical at first as the 'feet' are so narrow I was scared it would move alot, but it does not so much as rock and hit my wall when I plop into it!

Easy to assemble and solid build. I’m a single guy and this bed goes great. No squeaks or creeks when I get in or move about. Though make sure you have all the parts when you build. I was given two of the same part, but a bit of ingenuity and a drill allowed me to build the bed frame in its entirety. Would recommend for a queen bed frame

Easy to put together by one person. The frame is sturdy and feels very stable. The black trim was easily scratched, that's the only negative.

Very Solid Bed Frame for the price and quality. A little heavy to move by yourself so recommend a friend or have a cart to move. Assembly was pretty straight forward with the pictures and graphics, but some parts were a little difficult to assemble by yourself. Overall very satisfied with the bed frame, recommend at least a 10" mattress for the headboard height.

This is a great low profile bed for our guest bedroom. Very clean and simple looking. It was packaged well, and easy to assemble. We used a memory foam mattress on it, and we were concerned about laying it directly on the slats, but it's perfect.

I built this bed by myself and it took approximately 2 1/2 hours. The directions were impeccable and very easy to follow. For the price, my son got a really nice bed. It’s been 3 months now since w bought it and my son loves it
