I ordered two different sets of metallic silver envelopes and theses were the better of the two. They were bright in color, the size was perfect, and they sealed well.

I have purchased many times from this company and will continue to do so. Shipping is always fast, no licking, value for money is great. They are the perfect size for what I need. They adhere great. I have literally no complaints and again, will continue to shop with this brand.

Love these envelopes, the subtle shimmer and fairly neutral Crystal Metallic color means this will go with about any color palette you want to work with. They're sturdy and appropriately sized as advertised. The adhesive backing is good quality as well. I really appreciated the reviews mentioning smudge issues, so in the spirit of being helpful (and cautious) I did an ink test across a few different pens I had lying around: 2 different width pens with archival ink, one ballpoint (oil-based) ink, and one gel ink. I did a 5-second, 1-minute, and 5-minute smear test with these pens. I can understand why some people were frustrated and others had no issues. You can see the results for yourself in the picture, but basically-- don't use gel ink on these envelopes. Ballpoint almost never smudged, but I don't think it looked as nice as the archival ink (which barely smudged either). Ballpoint was just a little too thin and maybe because there's a very subtle texture to the envelope's finish, the letters I wrote occasionally faded a little. If you go with archival ink just keep a mental note to not touch it for a full minute, and even if you do, at least it still won't smear horrifically the way the gel ink did.

I was nervous buying these envelopes looking at the reviews but honestly they go beyond my expectations the color is beautiful although I was expecting them to be a little bit more off-white these ones are very white but I used my Cricket to print on them there was no smearing very pleased.

Great envelopes! I did think the color was going to be more on the champagne side, with an ivory/goldish hue but they wound up looking more white instead. Even so, they were great. The shimmer wasn’t overwhelmingly gaudy, just enough to hint that is wasn’t a regular white envelope. Plenty thick, could not see through them once invitations were inside. The peal and stick self adhesive saved me from having to lick each one, HUGE plus. They stayed well and didn’t see any coming up or lifting after sealing. Had many comments on how beautiful the envelopes were. Gives invitations a little extra special touch, especially for my wedding save the dates. Considering using them again for my actual invitations.

The silver metallic were a nice stock, and peel and stick, which is great. They were a little snug on my 5 x 7 invitations, but I was able to squeak them in. If you want to easily stuff though they might be a challenge. Writing on them looks very pretty but they don't take ink as well as you might like because of the metallic finish. Overall, they are a good quality for the price if you are sending wedding or event invitations, especially if you compare to pricing at Papersource

I was very nervous about ordering these because of the reviews but WOW they turned out great!! I used a regular ink printer and they didn’t smudge, I did let it dry a couple seconds but they are stunning!!! The adhesive was great so nasty envelope taste! I’d totally order again

I was hesitant to order based on the reviews about the envelopes not taking writing very well. I didn’t want to use labels but I took a chance and it paid off. I used a fine point permanent marker to hand address the envelopes and it did not smear at all (& I’m left-handed 😀). I cannot assess how they would do with calligraphy ink or something like that though. The color was perfect, not too gold, but just the right amount of pop! Also, I absolutely loved the self adhesive strip. Pull the tab and done. I am super happy with these envelopes and would definitely buy them again.

We ordered these to use with our wedding invitations. The cost was much lower than a lot of envelopes we’d seen - so went in to this slightly apprehensive. Our only complaint was that they were packaged in a thin layer of plastic which suffered some damage during transit. This meant that the front envelope was unusable. Other than that, couldn’t be more impressed. The adhesion is extremely good. Once sealed, these bad boys aren’t opening without a great deal of force, so you don’t have to worry about adding that ‘small bit of tape’ to stop them opening when being mailed. They have a super premium feel and a nice sheen. The quality of the product for the cost is outstanding - we definitely recommend to anyone looking for envelopes for that special occasion.

The envelopes have a nice sturdy feel to them and a shimmery look and design. Good quality at a reasonable price.

Paper quality and finish exceeded my expectations!

great product for the price. received quickly. the Silver color is not too shiny -- somewhat matte which makes it look elegant.
