The adhesive isn’t the best and due to that the product becomes uncomfortable to wear/use 😔

These stick well although as I could peel off to readjust without a struggle, time will tell.... I used these in a pair or Dr Marten shoes that ripped the skin off my heels in 5 mins flat. They have definitely helped reposition my foot so this doesn't happen. The reason for 4 stars is that the edge of the heel grip isn't that soft. The pillowed area is great but every now and then if my heel catches the edge I can feel it. Overall a pretty good fix though.

Needed to make a new pair of unreturnable Doc Martens work- I need to use insoles too but the heel grip has made is possible to wear all day without my socks falling down.Repositioning them was easy- essential because applying to boots was tricky- adhesion could be a bit stronger- will get through all 14 eventually but it will take a while. Would buy again, happy customer.

A reasonable price. Good sticking (adhesion) quality. So make sure you stick it in the right place, the first time. 😁 Can stick out a little. So works best with thin socks or thin tights.

They are very comfortable and adhese reasonably well. If you had a blister or something these would be perfect to comfort your foot. I bought them as my trainers are slightly too big and hoped these would fill the gap but they dont.

They fit well but shoes are still too big!

I bought some Clarks shoes online, my size, very comfy till I walked in them my heel slipped out on each step. I really liked these shoes so sent for these heel grips hoping they would keep the shoes on as I walked. They made absolutely no difference so returned shoes, vowing, again, not to buy shoes without trying them on.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought some shoes online that unfortunately proved to be slightly too big - especially in the morning. My foot would move inside the shoe and the back of my foot would get irritated.Buying the yogamedic heel grips fixed this issue :) They are probably the best solution for me, because Im pretty sure that ordering the shoes one size smaller would have actually been too small.Definitely a good purchase, because otherwise I just could not have kept on using those shoes comfortably.
