It was easy to assemble and install, and it's very sturdy! I used studs to make sure it was well attached, and my two large cats have used this every day for three months straight without it moving at all! I thought the mat would get torn up quickly with how often they use it, but it's still in great shape, and I put it on the wall at about cat shoulder level, so they can reach up and get a good stretch in while they scratch, which they love to do.
