ALL-TEMP Flexible Hot and Cold Comfort Therapy Pack, 10" x 15" - Chiropractic Gel Ice Pack, Prepare in Freezer or Boling Water

I got one of these from my cousin that has a chiropractic office in Baton Rouge. I ended up ordering one more for me, and another one for my mom. These work fantastically, and stays cold for a longer duration than most ice packs.

I was introduced to this brand by my chiropractor who uses them for his practice. I decided to buy one and I’m glad I did. Perfect size for my back and it is Durable and the cold last a long time ( I use for 3O min). The pack is very thin and flexible. The wife’s favorite cooling ice packs. Flexible gel packs wrap around the painful area and provide relief. They stay cool longer than a regular ice pack. However when they get older they will leak gel and make a mess.

I place these on my shoulder, wrist, knees and neck. I sit all day working on a computer. By the end of day I tend to ache. I place these on my aches before bedtime. Really makes a difference. No leakage and effective
