Dartington CrystalDR3209/1 Brew Craft Cider, 8.1 x 8.1 x 18 cm

I can tell that the design theory behind these glasses is to produce something so thin that it’s impossible to avoid accidentally breaking it... leading customers to re-buying, to replace them. However it’s actually worse as you can see from the pictures, this isn’t an accidental breakage... impossible to accidentally break an almost perfect ring off the top. This glass simply cracked of its own accord. These are seriously dangerous to drink from and I suggest looking for something a lot thinker and sturdier instead of wasting your money and risking injury on these. Returning to Amazon, however I’m not sure why they want me to post broken glass back to them... a call to their customer services will be needed to clarify why!

I love Dartington glasses and these are no exception to their usual quality. Being handblown the are delicate and not suitable for dishwashers hence the sturdiness rating of 3. Flavour score is not relevant but had to put something. For anyone who likes drinking from fine glassware, I would highly recommend them.

Broke the first one of these just with everyday handling. Figured it was just one of those things and bought another one. Nope - second one broke on trying to wash it up. Really don't recommend these at all.

Lovely glass feels nice in the hand.I am a cider fan so this is as i have found a great glass to drink your favorite ciders .Plus you cannot beat Dartington quality.Happy with my purchase.
