Finally Found Another Winner
The important information is 1) the stated dimensions are accurate, 2) the door is 5mm thick and the body of the safe is 2mm thick (better than most which are 3mm/1.5mm) and 3) 28 lbs is the correct weight. With the keypad for a code and backup keys, the safe provides what is needed. The finger print reader, in my opinion, is superfluous. I may or may not use it depending upon whether it makes unwanted entry easier or not. Setup instruction could be improved, but after a bit of frustration, you'll figure it out. For its price point, this is a good solid safe which should materially delay forced entry. Along with the slightly smaller similar looking safes sold under the brand names Patron/Golden Key, this Grokk safe is among the better safes sold on Amazon

Really good, but some slight difficulties
We had a lot of trouble getting finger prints registered. Largely because at our age our prints are not veryprominent. But, that feature does work, and we are very pleased with the safe. The key access is excellent since you do not have to destroy a cover to get at it. The numeric code feature is hard to figure out from the documentation, but it works extremely well once set. This is by far the best safe we have had in the less expensive category. I recommend you buy it. You will be happy if you figure out how to use all the features.

Never Buy this product
Would Not buy this safe. Fingerprint reader lets anyone open it; not just entered fingerprints.Manual sparse and no fix.No customer service number or website in manual.Unfortunately did not realize until 35 days after purchase so amazon wont take it back.Contacted amazon and they sent a link so i can send a message to company.Very frustrating and suggest getting a safe from a reputable company.

Great safe
Only holes in the back for mounting to the wall. I drilled holes in the bottom to secure it better. I have had no problems with fingerprint sensor. I put new batteries in instead of the ones it came with.

Right size with biometric sensor
It can be screwed to the wall and it’s fingerprint ready.

Works well but only after I took it apart and fixed the lock
The safe arrived well packaged. It looks well made and secure. The instructions are just ok, missing of all things how to lock the safe without the emergency key (press the * on the keypad). I installed the supplied batteries, successfully programmed 2 fingerprints, and successfully changed the default passcode with my own. But inserting the emergency key with the notch up and turning clockwise did nothing (see reference image 1). The programmed password functioned but I could press # to unlock without the password. The unit also beeped insensately even with the unit locked, door closed. So basically the unit wasn’t functioning and certainly was insecure. To try to maybe address the malfunctioning, I opened the safe and identified 4 screws on the back that housed the locking mechanisms (see reference image 2). Unscrewing them revealed the interworkings of the locking components. I discovered that a bar attached to the manual emergency key, was disconnected from the locking mechanisms (image 3). I threaded the hole in the bar to the post of the locking mechanism. To secure the bar requires a clip or similar (image 4) but I couldn’t find one in the case, hoping it had just fallen off. Nonetheless I proceeded and reattached the housing with the 4 screws. Testing all the features again, EVERYTHING worked that didn’t before. Emergency key, secures locking, beeping all functioning to specification.I’m still concerned that the bar will fall off the post at some point returning the safe to a malfunctioning and insecure state. I’ll try to find the right (tiny) part at a hardware store. Otherwise the safe works great including the three unlocking methods.

Finger print doesn’t really work
My dad was able to open it with his finger print.

Very satisfied purchasing
Satisfactory product. Its fingerprint recognition is very sensitive, and the key is easy to unlock. It is worth mentioning that the automatic door opening response is quick and convenient. In addition, its appearance is delicate.
