Nice little grill
This is a nice little grill. The fact that they can ship this to your front door in such a small box is amazing. Even though it is probably made in China this grill is a fine example of superior American engineering. People who think they are going to open a box and start grilling are fools. A grill of any kind is a complex device and if you are going to build one it is going to take some time. This one took me about 1 hr and 50 min to assemble. That includes a couple mistakes on my part. The assembly is tedious but everything is there and fits together well. The final product is quite sturdy and robust. I have a nice trick for the first step - see my picture. Tape the leg tubes in place with some painters tape. This will keep everything in place when assembling the stand. Remove the tape once the screws are in place. This grill is a great value if you are handy with tools. I think I paid around $110 with the side burner. If you have trouble building things than you should stay away.

Discounted for Slight Damage
This thing was horrendous to assemble. There are no written instructions, just pictures to decipher. It took me a good 2 hours. Mine was missing a few nuts but I always have a healty supply in my shop so no big deal. I was refunded 10% because the side table was dented, and Im fine with that. You can't beat Amazon's customer service. Unless you're a mutant and have a third arm, a little blue painters tape helps hold the legs together while trying to assemble. Its cheesy but I think I'll get 4-5 seasons out of it if its kept covered so I guess its a good value. I'd recommend purchasing this as long as you are somewhat mechanically inclined.

Good little grill
This product wasn’t bad to assemble. Most reviews talk about how long it took them. You gotta take the time to actually follow the instructions with what it says to do STEP BY STEP. It only took me 45 minutes to assemble by myself and it’s a sturdy little grill that worked right when I started it up. The propane tank balances nicely on the side and plenty of space on the right hand side for plates and stuff while cooking. I never had luck with rolling grills so I typically have someone help lift to move it and that’s why I got this smaller grill it’s light and easy for two people to pick up and move it. Can’t wait to enjoy more grilled goodies!

Grill assembly
Requires a lot of assembly. Some parts are not labeld . Need 2 people to assemble . Very time consuming and difficult to put together.Very large book of instructions. At least hour of assembly with 2 people.

An OK grill but assembly headaches make it a no-go for many
This basic bottom-of-the-line model works fine for small meals... I have had several of these over the years and they are more than adequate until they begin falling apart from rust and/jor wear and tear.. Usually 5-7 years. At this price (it changes a lot so check several times before buying), that's not a bad life span.Just be aware that considerable effort is require to assumble this thing. I am sort of amazed Charbroil has not improved the design but this one is virtually identical to the one I bought seven years ago. Both were a pain to put together. And I generally enjoy putting things like this together. As you see in so many reviews, the assembly process is the main drawback with this grill. Younger, mechanically inclined folks will be able to do it with not a lot of problems, although you have to be VERY careful to follow the instructions exactly. Every part must go EXACTLY as shown in the not so great instruction (pictures only) and there are many opportunities to put a part in backwards or upside down. Which will cause major headaches when you get to the end of the build. There is NOTHING intuitive about how this thing goes together. Following the instructions is mandatory. If you are not up for this kind of challenge, just go buy one already put together at your nearest big box store. It will probably cost less than here and you will save yourself a LOT of grief trying to assemble it correctly.

Study the instructions before you start
It is a nice solid grill when you finally get the assembly finished. Tape will be handy to hold the legs together for the first half of the build. the best part was it came with a $100 wine voucher....

Great stove
It's small but perfect for the 2 of us. Took my hubby awhile to put together. It's lightweight and built well.
