Love this product. I am lactose intolerant but love to enjoy ice cream and other dairy products like sour cream and cheese. Whenever I am out at a restaurant I just take one of this pills and it works wonders for me. No more tummy aches or runs to the bathroom immediately. Is like if I don’t have intolerance.

These are incredibly convenient to keep in a purse, pocket, desk drawer, or travel bag. The individual packets make it easy to have them on hand whenever a surprise ice cream cone, pizza night, or cheesy restaurant meal appears on the horizon. They work just as well as the larger bottles I've used, and I like not having to carry around a whole container when I'm away from home. The packets are small, easy to open, and perfect for travel. As someone who enjoys dairy a little more than dairy enjoys me, these have been a lifesaver. They help me enjoy foods I would otherwise think twice about, without the unpleasant aftermath. The only downside is that the individual packaging creates a bit more waste than a standard bottle, but the convenience is hard to beat. I'd definitely buy these again for trips, work, and keeping a few emergency dairy-defense packets handy.

A must have if you are lactose intolerant! My son has been lactose intolerant since birth. This product allows him to enjoy any product containing lactose, such as milk or cheeses. Since I cook with a lot of cheeses it's a must have for him. He always has them on hand, including in his car for when he goes out to eat.

Very easy to carry when traveling. I do think you have to be mindful on the dosage depending on what you’re eating. For a more dairy filled meal definitely take more than 1 or 2 because it’s not strong enough. 1 or 2 works for me with a small serving of ice cream which normally has me in discomfort for 2 days. It’s still worth the money considering it relieves and gives comfort immediately. Definitely take it with your first bite and take another dose after 30 minutes. It lasts around 30 minutes. I’ve used more than half the pack so will restock soon for sure

Me ayuda bastante, sufro menos al comer las cosas deliciosas que tienen leche o queso. No me quita al 100% las molestias, pero sí disminuyen considerablemente. Las recomiendo.

Usato da moltissimi anni da mia suocera intollerante al lattosio. I primi anni lo acquistavo io quando mi recavo negli USA da noi reperibile solo sotto forma di gocce che si ossidavano con estrema facilità. Il prodotto è efficace per intolleranti (attenzione intolleranti l'allergia è tutt'altra cosa). Comodissimo al ristorante preso dopo un pasto neutralizza gli effetti indesiderati di chi è intollerante. Ottimo prodotto. Prezzo quasi lo stesso tradotto in euro dei supermercati Americani. Consigliatissimo a chi a problemi con il lattosio, ormai ovunque.

I’ve had trouble digesting Dairy for a few years now. Had one of these before eating cheese and I haven’t had any problems such as Bloating, Wind, Diarrhoea. Amazing.
