Misleading page - this is an old reprint
Although the page says published August 2021, this is actually a reprint of a much older book. Although it has some interesting projects, it is basically way too out of date. Two examples of this - The method of edge finding does not even know of the existence of modern edge finder tools - either mechanical or electronic. - Control of movement assumes rather crude dials - not even close to today's lead screws and resettable dials on even modest bench top tools - let alone any mention of DROs.Do note that is a British author so be prepared for some differences in terminology as well as metric usage.

Metal Working
Very good book on metal working in a machine shop is one of many books in the series most of which are good to very good... Only the electro Plating was kinda weak.
