Amazing sound. Works wonderful with my Bluetooth earbuds. I take it with me on my motorcycle and it hasn’t skipped a beat yet. Charges very quickly and will play all day nonstop. I am very happy with it. The earbuds that come with it have excellent sound also

The Gueray Portable CD player is not a high quality product. The motor makes a lot of noise... doesn't sound as if it will last very long. The controls are nonintuitive and clunky. The volume control is a bidirectional toggle, so, for example, if you want to increase the volume by 3 units, you have to push the volume control switch to the right 3 times. When you turn the device on, it immediately starts to play, which is annoying and especially problematic in the car because of the poor Bluetooth connectivity (see next paragraph). The sound quality is about what I'd expect at this price level and the battery appears to be long-lasting. The included ear buds aren't bad. The big problem with this device, and what makes it unacceptable to me, is the Bluetooth connectivity. Specifically, connecting the player to my car's audio system via Bluetooth turns out to be a very clunky process, which often has to be tried two or three times. Unlike with my phones, the process isn't automatic and involves pushing several buttons on the Gueray player and hoping for the best. Oh, and since the CD player starts to play as soon as power is on, I always miss the first minute or two if I don't immediately remember to hit stop. That's not such a big deal on a music CD, but on an audiobook, it's a big problem. My advice: don't buy this product if you're intending to use it via Bluetooth connection to an audio system. And even if you're just using it with earbuds/headphones, recognize that this is not a high quality product.

We purchased a warranty & will attempt to use to replace cd player which stopped working today.

My other players were eating so fast thru the batteries I decided to try this rechargeable one. Best decision I ever made.

Der CD-Player spielt normale CD‘s genauso ab wie MP3-Formate. Ein Grundrauschen habe ich nicht oder praktisch nicht festgestellt. Meine erste CD war ein Hörspiel aus dem Europa-Verlag. Da gab es ein Rauschen, was aber an der Aufnahme lag. Ich hatte als Vergleich eine CD mit klassischer Musik und ruhigen Stellen eingelegt. Wenn man genau hinhört, hört man ein Hintergrundrauschen, aber man muss sich schon sehr darauf konzentrieren. Der Player selbst macht auch leichte Rotationsgeräusche, mit den Kopfhörern hört man die aber nicht mehr. Bluetooth funktioniert. Ich habe einen JBL LIVE220BT. Es gibt auch einen Kartenslot für microSD-Karten bis 32GB. Schaltet man den Player mit dem Schalter (im laufenden Betrieb) aus, merkt er sich die aktuelle Stelle. Das funktioniert auch, wenn man zuerst die microSD Karte verwendet, den Player dann ausschaltet und danach eine CD hört. Schaltet man den Player dann erneut aus, hat er sich beide Stellen gemerkt. Für Fans klassischer Musik ist die Tonqualität wahrscheinlich zu schlecht, aber für Popmusik und vor allem für Hörbücher ist er perfekt.

I used to own one years ago. I bought this as I have a vast collection of cds, and I refuse to pay for premium in music apps. Plus I needed something on the coach to use as they don't always put their bluetooth on, plus I need the music to distract me from my anxiety etc. Well I turned it on, was already fully charged. I put the earphones in and the music was crackling sound, so I put it in the other port and it worked brilliantly. Then came to the Bluetooth well at first I was confused, but I read the booklet and followed the steps and now my ear buds work. Brilliant crisp sound and now it automatically connects when I switch it back on. Very happy, came with a pouch although I already bought a nice case to put it in. Great price, sound and looks good. Can't beat old school with modern technology lol.

Davvero un ottimo lettore CD portatile, inizio col dirti che il Bluetooth funziona a meraviglia, ciò collegato sia auricolari che cuffia ed entrambi hanno funzionato alla perfezione, anche il menù per l’accoppiamento è di facile utilizzo. La cosa migliore di questo lettore e la qualità del suono sia via Bluetooth ma soprattutto via cavo dove dà il meglio di sé. Anche gli auricolari in confezione sono di qualità e si sentono molto bene. Ha un’ottima costruzione ed è molto solido quindi sono convinto possa durare molto nel tempo e dare grandi soddisfazioni. Anche tenendolo in tasca e camminando non ha mai saltato, non posso dirvi per quanto riguarda la corsa perché non l’ho testato in questo senso ma credo che sia sufficiente anche per questo visto che ha un ottimo sistema di ESP. It gave me the ability to use it as I expected. I used it as a walkman, with bluetooth I was able to connect to a bluetooth speaker. Nice sound.
