I have the f20 frame but it keeps tearing. I only rinse it in warm water. Any suggestions on how I can keep it from ripping.

No.. but mine also ripped and I was able to repair it! Through Amazon I ordered "GEAR AID Aquaseal FD Flexible Repair Adhesive for Outdoor Gear and Vinyl, Clear Glue" for my torn chest waders (worked GREAT on those), and this adhesive worked excellent at repairing the foam on my ResMed AirTouch F20 foam cushion that had ripped right at the bridge of the nose. The adhesive dries clear and flexible, and mostly soft. I would test it on a similar piece of similar foam to get the feel for how it should work... unless you plan on throwing out your current F20 cushion, if so you might as well test it on that. The key with Aquaseal is that it will run before it dries.... So use just a tiny bit, and orient the mask/cushion so that if/when it runs, it will run down into the mask. I squirted a bit of adhesive onto a piece of cardboard. Then I used a toothpick to 'pick up' some of the adhesive and rubbed it onto the torn F20 air cushion foam, right where the two pieces of torn foam come together. Remember, don't use too much. Then I propped the air cushion up to dry oriented so that any adhesive would flow down into the inside of the mask. I did the repair 3 months ago and the AirTouch F20 has been working fine ever since... no new tears... and no skin effects from the adhesive. Honestly I can't even tell there's adhesive on the bridge of the foam cushion. The current price of the Aquaseal mentioned above is $6.75 for a 0.75 OZ tube. If it works you saved a boatload of money (replacement cushions are +/- $60) if not you're only out about $6. Note: There are several different kinds of Aquaseal. The kind I used drys in 8-12 hours. If the fast drying kind was used, maybe there would be less chance of it 'running'.

What is the shelf life for the airtouch F20 cushion?

Supposedly it should last longer than it does, In my experience with 4 of them, it last only 3 weeks... And the previous model of F20 I’ve had for more than a year. Unfortunately, despite of its comfort, I do not recommend it.

This mask rubs the bridge of my nose and leaves it red in the morning. The mask is not too tight and if I loosen it, then it leaks. Ideas?

You are right. This mask work well for a couple of days, then you have to tighten it more. And more each night. I have had 5 of these and finalky had to give up. Also, between 2 days and a weel, the memory foam splits at the nose area. The only solution I have found is to get a different mask. I have found something that works with kther masks (not this one) and that is to use RemZzzs Cpap mask liners. You place one of these between your mask and your face and it helps keep the mask from leaking and you do not have to tighten your mask nearly as tight. This will help keep ypu from having a sore above your nose.

What chemicals are in foam cushion? I need a full list of ingredients as I have cancer.

This particular mask does not use "silicone" as other masks. This mask has memory cushion which is soft to the skin and does irritate the skin as well and it is call "UltraSoft" but it is a company patent and will not disclose.
